Here are some questions we are asked most often about our courses and services. Hopefully your question is here as well. If not, don't be afraid to ask.

If you cannot attend the class you previously registered for, you must notify CLC Technical Training within 10 business days prior to the class scheduled date to receive a full refund.

A 50% refund will be given if you notify CLC Technical Training 7 business days prior to your class date. A rescheduling fee of $200 will be applied to students who choose to reschedule their course 7-9 days before the course date.

No refund is available nor will outstanding invoices be canceled if CLC Technical Training is notified of your cancellation with 6 days or less before your course. We can reschedule your course, however, in this timeframe for a fee of $300.

Yes! CLC Technical Training offers courses at a location of your choosing as well as at our office.
Yes! We have been offering remote training for over two years and have perfected our training process for students to get as much from a remotely taught course as from one taught in our offices.
